![]() Can You Cleanse? The Can Can Cleanse
9 • 14 • 2011 | Misc.
My fiance and I are getting really excited for our wedding (only 3.5 months away), but we definitely have let the parties and celebrations go to our waistline! We are taking our engagement photos next week, and we decided this was a perfect time to start up a good eating and exercise plan. To start us off on the right foot, we had heard about the Can Can Cleanse, and decided to try it. I have made it through day one without any major problems, I'm just a little hungry, but the amount of nutrients I am getting with the freshly prepared juices, soups and teas are keeping me happy. (Plus, how adorable is her branding!?)
![]() This isn't one of the cleanses that you have to do for ten days and drink gallons of cayenne pepper water, it is a little more humane! I figured if I was going to ever refer a client for a cleanse, I wanted to at least have the personal experience (which is what I tend to do with any referrals I give).
So far, I would definitely recommend it. The freshly made cleanse is either delivered to your door, or you can pick it up at her kitchen in San Francisco. I even opted to purchase the insulated bag to carry my cleanses with me to my full day of meetings (imagine the look on a vendor's face when they saw me pull out the green juice!). All in all, Teresa makes it extremely easy and I already feel really good about the process. The cans are all numbered, and you are given a schedule of when to drink each one, and if it should be heated or consumed cold. I will definitely update on Friday, and hopefully, I won't chicken out by then! Cheers, Kathryn

For those foggy San Francisco nights, and let's be honest, chilly days, brides are on the look out for something to keep them warm during an outdoor ceremony, for pre and post-ceremony photos or for a get-a-way coat that compliments their gown. I am completely taken with BHLDN's selection of bridal shrugs, boleros, scarves and coats to keep a stunning bride stylish and cozy.
Here are some links to a few of my favs: The Modest Cardigan The Sunset Scarf The Ribboned Candy Bolero ![]() Cheers,
