Thursday February 7
The St. Regis and 7x7 Magazine are hosting a unique wedding event on Thursday February 9th at 6:30pm. It isn't like a bridal show or anything like that, but a elegant dinner, fashion show and information session.TI sounds like a lot of fun, so here are the details:
Join the St. Regis and 7x7 for an evening of bridal elegance - enjoy the St. Regis signature champagne ritual and hand-crafted cocktails, a four course dinner featuring pairings with Napa and Sonoma small batch produced wines, a design showcase by some of the city's hottest designers, a fashion show by Bridal Galleria and wedding planning and design advice from a local celebrated expert. Be a part of an intimate evening celebrating bespoke touches from the plate, the glass and the runway.

I am very excited to be a part of the panel on Sarah Jenk's Bridal Booty Camp Team. I will be a part of the series that she is offering, which is very close to being sold out already. Here is some information about what you can expect from this program:
Freedom from the diet roller coaster
The ability to stop at one cookie, one serving of ice cream or a handful of chips
Access to the top (and coolest) experts in business coaching, personal training, cooking, photography and wedding planning (<------ that's me!)
Complete confidence that your dress will effortlessly zip up on your wedding day
A new love for bathing suits
Social confidence and poise (especially if everyone staring at you in a wedding dress makes you queasy)
Increased passion, romance, support and fun in your relationship (even if it's already great)
A new passion for cooking
A plan for making your engagement fun and stress free
A community of women who are in the same boat and care about your success
Clear strategies for weight loss that don't involve meal plans, calorie counting or cleansing
Actually wanting to work out
More free time to spend on all the things you thought you were too busy to enjoy
A body that is toned, sexy, graceful and feminine.
A supportive and inspiring environment where you can be vulnerable, real and wild.
Starting on February 8th for 10 weeks, we will meet weekly over the phone, during which I'm going to give you my best strategies so you can feel like the most beautiful bride on your wedding day.
The Breathtaking Bride Booty Camp has 5 components
1. One-on-One Coaching: I've done a ton of group programs and I hate it when I get great info but have no
idea how to integrate it into my life. So I've included two opportunities to have uninterrupted coaching, just you and me. We'll meet in private via phone for 30 minutes and we'll uncover what is holding you back and what will be uniquely motivating for you to achieve your goals for your life and body. In our second one-on-one session (you can schedule anytime) we're going to deepen the booty camp strategies and integrate them into your life. Value: $1000
2. 10 group coaching calls: Every week I'll give you tools, proven strategies and best practices for weight loss that's a blast. Each call lasts an hour and is meant to shift your beliefs and habits at their core. Below I'll tell you the exact topics we cover. Also, I know you're a busy girl planning your wedding, so I wanted to make this program super easy to fit into your schedule. Not only am I only teaching concepts that give you the biggest bang for your buck, I will also be recording every call for you to listen to on your own time. Value: $2,500
3. Weekly Laser Coaching: At the end of every group coaching call, we'll have 30 minutes of laser coaching where you have the opportunity to get live personal support and the opportunity to share your challenges and a-HA moments with the ladies. Value: $1,500
4. Access to the Breathtaking Bride Collective Facebook group: I bet one of the reasons you haven't been successful in the past is because you tried to lose weight by yourself. There is nothing more powerful than the support and friendship of women who are going through the same shit. This group is private only to the women in the Breathtaking Bride Booty Camp, and will provide you with a space to give support, get inspiration, and be held accountable. Value: Priceless
5. Access to the best in the biz. I've collected a team of experts to show you how to have a blast in all areas of your life. These experts include:
A business coach who doesn't believe in to-do lists
A trainer who loves to dance
A chef who thinks eating butter and playing with food is the only way to cook
A photographer who cries at every wedding
A planner who's part therapist
A hormone specialist who loves getting her period
Value: Priceless

Kathy Goodman from Well Rehearsed
We are beyond excited to announce a new collaboration for 2012! Well Rehearsed is teaming up with Dream A Little Dream Events to offer a comprehensive wedding planning experience for brides, grooms and their families.
So what does this mean? In the simplest terms, by combining the efforts of our two planning companies we want to create the ultimate, complete wedding planning experience for our clients. Our couples come to us more and more wanting to have an entire weekend of events to share with their guests, rather than just the wedding itself. They also don't want the surrounding events to compete with the wedding, but be their own significant event (I will share soon what we did for our own wedding a few weeks ago, and I had Kathy plan our rehearsal dinner which took a huge amount of pressure off me!). The guests that come to your wedding want to see you, and having only the six hours on the wedding night to see everyone and partake in all the events of the evening is nearly impossible.
Planning a wedding from start to finish usually takes between 225-275 hours. For most couples, if you try to add in the rehearsal dinner, welcome party and a day after party, that would go up to nearly 500 hours. What happens is when we book a client for their wedding, we typically are working the night before their wedding, and sometimes even days before for more elaborate setups, and weren't always able to take on the external events planning portion. That is where Kathy comes in, and we develop a comprehensive package that covers all the events you want planned customized for each client, not just the wedding.
Another exciting point is that all meetings from initial consultation through design and development can all take place at our Fillmore Street Studio in Lower Pacific Heights. For our busy couples, this one-stop planning and design shop takes stress and hours off their planning.
Kathy is available for limited number of weddings and special events, so if you are looking for a themed birthday party for your little one or a bridal shower that will be precisely designed for you, she is one to definitely get in touch with.
Kathy Goodman joins the Dream A Little Dream Events team with over 15 year of event planning experience. She began her career in corporate marketing and events and launched her wedding planning company, Day of Details in 2004. In 2008 she extended her business to focus on rehearsal dinners with Well Rehearsed. Kathy is known for her innovative designs and attention to detail. Her passion is to create events that tell the story of the couple being celebrated and produce them with flawless execution. Well Rehearsed has been featured in: Style Me Pretty, Daily Candy, San Francisco Brides, 7x7 Magazine, Northern California Brides and other prestigious publications.
