As we are gearing up for one of our last weddings of the season tomorrow, we are getting very excited about the upcoming holidays and being able to cozy up by the fire. We are happy to share this feature of our clients Kathryn & Roberto's engagement session by Milou + Olin on Brooklyn Bride. They were married in May in a gorgeous relaxed wedding at the Flood Mansion. We will get to share those images next month, as it will be featured on The Knot!

Tomorrow will finally be the day that Diana and Mike get married here at the Bently Reserve in San Francisco, and I cannot wait! We started working on their wedding in March 2011, and they have been non-stop fun ever since. The details, the vendors, their joy, all of it is coming together tomorrow for their perfect wedding. I had worked on Diana's brothers' wedding a couple of years ago, so I'm also very excited to see them as well! 
 
I wanted to share a few images from their engagement session with Jose Villa, who will also be shooting the wedding tomorrow. He always captures the true feeling of a couple, and I can't say enough good things about him, his personality and his work. If you have a chance to work with him, jump on it!

We have been very busy bees in the studio finalizing details on all our upcoming spring and summer weddings. Shannon & Jeff, both Los Altos natives, are one of our lovely couples getting married in May, and their coastal wedding is taking place at Oceano Hotel Half Moon Bay. They are just the sweetest couple and both have great style, and I can't wait to share more of their wedding with you soon.

Kathy and Tony seriously crack me up! They are so great together, and working with them has been an extremely fun ride. Tony lives in London for his career, and Kathy lives in Los Angeles. We planned their wedding with a few in person trips, and a lot of emails. They chose some amazing vendors for their wedding is this Saturday at the lovely Flood Mansion, and we are so thrilled that Shanni Weilert will be capturing all of their special memories. Yes, the groom will even have his own "station" which will be offering freshly made chicken and waffles, buckets of PBR and Bailey's espresso mini milkshakes.

Yes, it feels very strange posting my own engagement photos, but now that they were on Style Me Pretty's Little Black Book Blog on Friday, I feel that I can share them! I don't have them all yet, and will try and do a full feature before the wedding, but here is a snippet of them below, plus head over the Little Black Book Blog and check them out.

We took these near the end of September on a very rare warm day in the city. We chose the outside of AT&T Park, since we met there, and were engaged there last December on home plate. Kate did a great job of capturing things that meant something to us, like the plaque of Joe's father's name outside the park, or the way Joe laughs at me.  
 
Yes, we felt like big nerds, but I HIGHLY recommend that every couple do this before their wedding to get the camera jitters out before the big day. Enjoy!
